I Wish I Could Fly

A new device has been invented by a talented French sportsman and gadgeteer Franky Zapata. He and his team have worked hard at the creation of a new device, which will be able to lift a person to the air without means of water stream unlike the previously designed one. And at last they succeed in doing that.  Flyboard Air hovers in the air by means of 4 jet engines having 250 horsepower each. Fuel margin is stored in a tank which is fastened to the pilot’s back by means of belts. The hoverboard is remotely controlled by pilot manually as well as by inclining the platform by means of feet. The automatic system of several gyroscopes helps the whole system to be kept in balance. Four uprights are mounted to the bottom of the platform for a safe landing, and comfortable boots for the pilot are built on it.

According to the company the flying device can reach a maximum height of 10,000 feet, with a maximum speed of 150 kilometers per hour (93 miles per hour).

37 years old Zapata captured wide attention after broadcasting videos of him riding the Flyboard Air. However, very many people doubted whether the footage was real and was not just an advertising gimmick. Nevertheless, Zapata not only proved the genuineness of his device in public but also broke the world record in distant flight on hover board thus being justly placed in Guinness World Record Book. He rode his Flyboard Air hover board at a distance of more than 2,252 meters (7,388 feet) and reached the coast of Sausset-Les- Pins in the South of France.

Zapata also thanked his team for assisting him in the realization of the grandiose project.
